Penguin camera tiles

This site serves static 1-degree tiles of automated license plate readers and speed cameras across the United States, as JSON under /tiles/v1/<lat>_<lon>.json (floored integer degrees; negative longitudes keep their sign). /tiles/v1/index.json lists every available tile. The data powers the Penguin navigation app.

Camera locations © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). Many of the ALPR records were contributed upstream via DeFlock.
